By now it's safe to assume that Fibonacci likes warm weather - and once more he proved that at this weekend's LGCT Final in Doha. Just like the year before, Fibonacci was one of the most outstanding horses of the class. Not touching a rail "Pegasus" flew over the fences of the first two rounds - making the difficult courses look easy. Seemingly effortless Meredith and her white gelding qualified for the jump-off, where he jumped his heart out to finish on an amazing third place, not even a second slower than winner Rolf Göran Bengtsson's stallion Casall.

Mittlerweile lässt sich relativ sicher annehmen, dass FIbonacci keinerlei Probleme mit warmem Wetter hat - was er an diesem Wochenende einmal mehr eindrucksvoll beim LGCT Finale in Doha beweisen konnte. Ohne eine einzige Stange zu berühren flog "Pegasus" über die Hindernisse der ersten beiden Runden, ließ die schwierigen Parcours einfach aussehen. Scheinbar mühelos konnte sich das Paar für das Stechen qualifizieren. Dort zerriss sich der Schimmel förmlich und konnte das Springen so auf einem fantastischen dritten Platz beenden, nicht einmal eine Sekunde hinter dem Sieger Rolf Göran Bengtsson und Casall.
